Returns & Exchanges
Custom products
Fully custom products, including sport-specific team uniforms and fully customizable sublimated items, are designed and made specifically for each client. The client approves the final design, sizes, and quantities before production. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items personalized with a name, initials, number, or graduation year are also custom and cannot be returned or exchanged.
School store items
Items purchased through our school online stores (such as PE uniforms, school sweatshirts, and quarter-zips) may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.
The 7 days begin on the date your order is delivered to your school or, for shipped orders, the carrier's delivery date.
How to request an exchange or return
Email info@prodigyathleticgear.com with your order number.
Requests received more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
After your request is approved
School deliveries: drop off the item at the same place you picked up your order (for most schools, the front office). We'll collect it with our next delivery.
Shipped orders: we'll email you return instructions.
Approved items must be returned within 14 days of approval, or the request will be closed. All returned items are inspected. Items that show wear, washing, or damage will be declined and returned to the school for pickup, with no exchange or refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect and cannot be replaced. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items are produced together in one run after the ordering window closes. They are refunded in full only if that production run doesn't happen, for example if the minimum order isn't reached. Otherwise, pre-order items follow the rules above for their item type.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, discontinued items, gift cards, and socks or tights removed from their packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
